By visiting, registering on, or purchasing any course from ciminds.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are incorporated into and must be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

To access the course content on the Platform, you must create an account using Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). By creating an account you confirm that:
CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without liability or obligation to provide a refund.

Upon successful payment and enrollment, CBK Innovative Minds LLP grants you a:
…license to access and use the AI Fast-Track Course content made available through the Platform, solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
This license does not transfer any ownership of the content to you. All course materials, lessons, quizzes, projects, and examinations remain the intellectual property of CBK Innovative Minds LLP.
One account, one person
Your enrollment is strictly for one individual. Sharing login credentials, screen recording lessons for distribution, or allowing others to access your account is a direct violation of this license and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Section 05
Your account is secured via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). CBK Innovative Minds LLP does not store or have access to your Google password.
You are responsible for:
CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access in the event of misuse, suspected account sharing, or any breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. CBK Innovative Minds LLP does not store your payment card details at any point.
Upon successful payment:
Refund policy
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the course, all sales are final. CBK Innovative Minds LLP does not offer refunds once course access has been granted. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate payment or proven technical failure), refund requests may be submitted to support@ciminds.in within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right to change course pricing at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is the final price for your enrollment.

CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right to:
We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to preserve access to purchased content. However, CBK Innovative Minds LLP shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary or permanent changes to the Platform or its content.
CBK Innovative Minds LLP shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, third-party service disruptions (Firebase, Razorpay, Google), power failures, or force majeure events.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course lessons, videos, text, graphics, quizzes, projects, examination questions, certificates, logos, and the Platform's design and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of CBK Innovative Minds LLP and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The license granted to you under Section 4 does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights in or to the Platform or its content beyond the limited personal access license described herein.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the Platform's content will constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Section 10
The Platform and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CBK Innovative Minds LLP expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. CBK Innovative Minds LLP will use reasonable efforts to correct errors when identified but is not obligated to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CBK Innovative Minds LLP, its partners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:

Maximum liability cap
In no event shall CBK Innovative Minds LLP's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your course enrollment in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CBK Innovative Minds LLP and its partners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or resulting from:
CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate fully with CBK Innovative Minds LLP in asserting any available defences.
Section 13
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and CBK Innovative Minds LLP. Please contact us at support@ciminds.in to initiate this process.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Limitation period
Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform or your use of the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Any claim not brought within this period shall be permanently barred.
Section 14
CBK Innovative Minds LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, we may also notify you by email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform. You will not be entitled to a refund solely on the basis of a change to these Terms.
Section 15
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CBK Innovative Minds LLP concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by CBK Innovative Minds LLP in exercising any right or provision under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any specific instance shall not be construed as a waiver of any future instance.
