The AI Fast-Track Course is a digital product. All sales are final once access is granted. If you experience any issue receiving course access after payment, contact us at support@ciminds.in and we will resolve it promptly.
Section 01
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and access to the course has been granted.
The AI Fast-Track Course (AI Power User) is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.
All sales are final
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that access is delivered immediately. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, inactivity, or partial use.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing your course after purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Technical access issues
If your payment was confirmed by Razorpay but you did not receive course access, email us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your payment and restore access — or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
