This Privacy Policy applies to CBK Innovative Minds LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India on 29 July 2019, operating the website ciminds.in and its sub-pages (collectively, the "Platform"). CBK Innovative Minds LLP operates in the education sector.
We offer online education products, specifically the AI Fast-Track Course (AI Power User) — a structured program teaching practical artificial intelligence skills, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
By visiting or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

What we do NOT collect
We do not collect, store, or log your credit card number, debit card number, CVV, UPI ID, or any other payment instrument details. All payment data is entered directly into Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and never passes through our servers.

We do not use your personal information to serve advertisements, build marketing profiles, or sell leads to third parties.

All payments on the Platform are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
🔒 Your payment is handled entirely by Razorpay
When you click "Pay", you are redirected to Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout environment. CBK Innovative Minds LLP does not see, receive, or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials at any point. We receive only a payment reference ID confirming that payment was successful.
Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the data collected during checkout. You can review it at razorpay.com/privacy.
The payment reference ID we receive is stored in your Firestore user record solely to confirm and audit your enrollment. It is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Section 05
The Platform uses the following Google and Firebase services to secure your account and data:
All data stored in Firestore is encrypted at rest by Google. All data transmitted between your browser and our Platform is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
Security rule summary
Our Firestore rules enforce: only an authenticated user may read or write their own document. All other access — including cross-user reads, unauthenticated reads, and wildcard writes — is explicitly denied.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. If you disable authentication cookies, you will be required to log in again on every visit. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on your ability to use the course.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts of any kind.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
No other third party receives your personal data. There are no advertising networks, affiliate trackers, or data brokers involved in the operation of this Platform.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services you have purchased.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@ciminds.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

Section 10
The Platform and its courses are open to learners of all ages. There is no minimum age requirement to access or purchase the AI Fast-Track Course.
If you are a parent or guardian enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to this Privacy Policy on their behalf and that any personal information provided is accurate.
Section 11
The Platform may contain links to external websites (for example, LinkedIn for sharing your certificate, or Razorpay's checkout). These websites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you should stop using the Platform and may request account deletion as described in Section 8.
